Silvia Fara, President of M&P, is a registered professional engineer specialized in Performance - Based Design with a special focus on Energy Performance Design in buildings.

Member of the Industrial Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Department of the Politecnico di Milano, she has lectured internationally in Europe and USA on both structural and energy performance.

A professional involved in Academics, she was a Research Associate in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Massacchusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and now she teaches in the Facoltà di Ingegneria at the del Politecnico di Milano (Italy).
