Magnoli & Partners designs certified energy performaces for any kind of built environment, in the framework of EU ecodesign requirements for energy-using products (EuP).

Recent and future EU Directives on the Energy Performance of Buildings are leading the Construction Industry to consider energy efficiency both as an integral design concern and as a factor that significantly shall effect the value of any building. Our calculation methodology, according to EU prescriptions, includes all the aspects that determine energy efficiency and not just the quality of the building's insulation. This integrated approach considers heating and cooling installations, lighting installations, the position and orientation of the building, and heat recovery.
