Magnoli & Partners designs innovative Home and Building Automation Systems, to improve user’s quality of life, enhance indoor safety and security, and reduce unplanned energy consumption.

We believe the existing basic automation in buildings (i.e. electrical and plumbing systems) can be ameliorated and interconnected. Our methodology is rooted in Innovative Technology Transfer from the industry, for example from the airplane or car production: our vehicles monitor their consumption and care about both our and their own safety. Sophisticated systems do not allow any misuse of brakes, wheels or fuel, and embodied airbags instantly appear to protect us in case of extreme events. Our buildings rarely do it for us. We believe they could.
